Omelettes are made of well-cooked eggs with a blend of cheese, vegetables, and even meat. They can be ready in no time if you have the good pan for omelette. Blend the chervil, Fines Herbs, tarragon and chives in a bowl. Now take a small ball and break a few eggs. Then pour some milk, salt, 2 tbsp Fines Herbs and pepper. Whisk the mixture with fork.

Preheat your 8” nonstick omelette pan in medium heat and add olive oil over the pan. Now pour the egg mix in the pan and swirl it. Stir the egg mixture gently for a couple of seconds with spatula and swirl the eggs to make it circular. Avoid scorching by reducing the heat. Keep cooking it for 1 minute until the egg sets on the pan with a bit of liquid over the top. Remove the pan from the heat to flip the omelet.
